On cam 23 (pool) he switched off the lighting of cam 10 around 2h31'28" .... I guess they both knew;

At 4h05' the light suddenly is working again without interference. Spooky

I think it was the camera itself. There was too much light in the Hall. Then it won't switch on. After they turned of the light in the Hall it worked. But you never know. Stephanie nevers does things with lights on.
