Joe Biden under performed Hillary in every large metro area of the U.S. except for Milwaukee (Wisconsin ), Detroit  (Michigan), Atlanta ( Georgia)  and Philadelphia ( Pennsylvania).  And now it is those cities that are delivering the presidency to Joe Biden. Does that not seem strange to anyone?
