I don't know where they at in Russia but my weather app says its currently 26ºF in Moscow. Considering that they are used to colder temps, 26 might seem not so bad, plus they may also have overbearing stuffy heat source where leaving window open for a bit offers a good fresh air source. I don't know where they at but I do know with the light patterns they are opposite me in the time zone.

albacore Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 I am ot sure the window is open. The curtains I think move due to the heater blower fan or some other fan. The heat is most definitely up high in all of the apartments. Even at night they are uncovered many times.
