because it is his usual distracting. he simply wants to make as big a mess as possible & blame it on biden. wake up! if he wanted to give everyone 2,000 dollars he would have gotten involved in the negotiation. instead he worried about his fake fraud charges & made all of congress look stupid. especially republicans who actually tried to do something for a change although it wasn't enough & was for all the wrong reasons. but the very fact that you think that he was trying to help just shows how foolish you & the other enablers are. you listened to trump say something that you wanted to hear & you ignored reality. if you use the simple rule of realizing that everything dear leader says is a lie you will be a lot better off. and have a merry xmas since it hasn't been cancelled!
