Well, this could be some very method performance art. But it very much seems like a combination of alcohol, drugs, and sleep deprivation. Or too much of any one or combination of them. Hence, she's whack right now. No wigging. Whack.

Stella is currently the top GOV to watch , perhaps one of the best returns that RLC could make . Being the absolute ultimate fan of not knowing what to expect , this is her trademark , the unpredictability and yes, I am lure them enjoying her return , fantastic , everyday you can expect anything either by being by herself or interacting with both other colleagues of hers and visitors / outsiders .
