It looks as if she has put a large cake in a box in the fridge with a candle inside.

I might be totally wrong but that is what it seemed to me.

Lots of special preparation cleanliness wise and has even brushed her teeth twice in just over an hour and special attention to the nether regions.

Could be a late night.
