You know what you were saying before about they should clear the decks on rlc? What if some are tied to contracts that are set in stone? Wouldn't the last thing they need is a tenant who can't be released from a contract, if they haven't done wrong?

If they do have one it's not hard to terminate a contract.

Where RLC actually sits I think they are untouchable.  If RLC ever terminated a contract the tenant would be up the creek without a paddle.
