And Muslim's aren't allowed to drink alcohol ever whether in Ramadan or out of it.

Really? I know quite a few who don't.

But my point was that why do you think that someone who is sufficiently lax in their religious beliefs to drink would somehow decide to abstain from sex in Ramadan? As you say it is 2022.
