She "obviously" waved at someone on the RLC camera that she appeared to be talking to on the phone. Whenever I wave at someone, I assume that they are able to see me waving at them. It would be "obvious" that if they could not see me, that I would not be waving at them. Or maybe I don't understand the word obvious? Maybe I should say apparent?

No...I think "obvious" was the correct word. Because it is "obvious" that we don't all see the same things when we look.  I'm going with "obvious".
