They can always find billions of tax dollars to aid other parts of the world, but they can't look after their own citizen's needs. But if you weren't so blind you would see that Trump's policies did make big changes in the U.S. for the benefit of working class Americans. That's why the corrupt political establishment has been working since 2015 to destroy him. Had it not been for Covid, Trump would have been reelected in a landslide in 2020.
