My close buds...be looking for it about 9ish EDT. I have to think about how it's worded. Though I may just say screw it and type it as it comes to mind. What's left of it anyway.

What's wrong with you people, none of you understand Australian? Not trying to bring tbg into this discussion, but after my comment about Nick being fake, he said he thought there was probably only 20 people posting on this site with 10 of them being 10 others. In other words, only 10 real people. Because you didn't respond to me with something that was either fake sounding or half baked like Nick normally would, I've identified you as one of the genuine 10. Makes sense to me.

How do you know I am fake I have only one name hear that's Nick not like some others , by the way Ozi who are you really I think you are pirate

I know all about you because I needed to follow your trail to read all Pirate's stuff.

As for Pirate, a good solid Australian, loyal and committed we both love our country, we have very similar traits and views and remember, I did say don't be surprised if I pick up on some of his favourite topics and beliefs. But trust me, he is a gentleman and a scholar compared to the bastard I am. Most people have a bucket list, things and places they want to do or see before they move on. Mine includes names of people I'd like to take with me.

I never thought I would see the day when Santa Clause would become a figure of dread to a child. But then, I never thought that this world would have turned into the shit it has become.

Hey, that's an idea,.. How about Play Dough coming up with a toy mold of the world where the kids can now have fun putting their own shit into it? Complete with handy little towelette packets.

The following is the condensed decision handed down by a female Supreme Court judge. It's lengthy but worth reading. Remember this is the same Australian Supreme Court that wanted to convict a 16 year old girl who took a nude selfie and sent it to her 17 year old boyfriend, with producing and distributing child pornography.

Dickson pleaded guilty to three counts of distributing child abuse material and one count of possessing child abuse material. The maximum penalty for each of these offences is imprisonment for 5 years.

In October 2013, he met Aisling Dykes through work exchanged phone numbers. He sent her a text and then they exchanged a number of messages. He began phoning her frequently. One morning, she had 15 ‘missed call’. She sent him a text saying she was not interested, but over the next six days he sent her 32 messages including a request to meet for dinner.

On 9 November 2013, Ms Dykes sent him a message which read, ‘you’re annoying me now. I’m not texting you again.’ He responded with a message which read, ‘that’s okay, I won’t annoy you again’ but about ten minutes later, sent her a message which read, ‘so, how were the races in Melbourne?’ She did not respond he sent her a video.

The video was six minutes and 38 seconds long and depicted the sexual assault, including sexual penetration of a female child estimated to be approximately 18 months to two years old, by an adult male. Ms Dykes opened the video file and watched about ten seconds of it before she turned it off. Then she reported the matter to police. Police captured the complete history of messages between him and Ms Dykes including the movie file that he sent her.

The movie he sent was categorised as category 4 child abuse material in accordance with the Oliver scale. That is the second worst level of child abuse material involving penetrative sexual activity of a child by an adult. Category 5 is the highest and it adds torture.

His sentence of imprisonment was 1 year and 10 months, which was immediately suspended, taking into account the 145 days he had already served and taking into account that it was served on remand in conditions that are less favourable than those for sentenced prisoners.

Maybe I'm not getting all of the details, but the synopsis reads like the asshole should have been put to death. Number 1, where did he get the video? 2, why would he send something like that to anyone or for that matter, watch it himself?

Anyone that harms children or old people should be immediately put to death. Especially if it's any type of sexual assault. The is no rehabbing these scum bags. And prison is a country club.

Actual details on this scum:

Harassed the woman but wasn't charged;
- Sent that video to 3 people;
  - Each one of the four charges carried a 5 year sentence;
    - He only got 1yr and 10 months;
      - Sentence was suspended;
        Two yrs probation and on the sex offenders register.
        The 16 yr old girl would have got the same sentence, listed on the sex offenders register with this scum.
        And the reason for the leniency? He was a refugee from Sierra Leone and had a tough life.
        AND PEOPLE WONDER WHY THIS COUNTRY IS FUCKED.
