Les hypersomnies centrales (narcolepsie avec ou sans cataplexie) sont dues le plus souvent à une dégénérescence de certains neurones dans le cerveau qui entraîne des accès de sommeil, avec ou sans cataplexie, c'est-à-dire une perte soudaine du tonus musculaire. Anybody in their right mind would definitely feel sorry for Leora because of a multitude of reasons. With the Leora and Paul match up it gives every one the possibility to Punch above your weight 1. To perform, achieve, or do something at a level that is considered beyond one's abilities, talents, or personal attributes. In terms of RLC, Leora fully realizes her star appeal with all her fans and enjoys the attention which gives her self worth but in the real world outside of RLC she lacks any ambition, interaction with others in Prague or even looking for something better for "herself". C'est une maladie rare. I knew someone who had narcolepsy. He would fall asleep while you talked to him and even while he was eating. Interfered with his ability to function at work.
