She has a lot of skills and training to be successful away from reallifecam but the easy lifestyle of having an organization front your apartment and income is too much temptation to work 9-5 like other people.  When her looks fade she'll be employable but employers go for youth and years of experience.

For now she''s living life on her terms and she is actually very happy with the current situation. Good for  her/them.  Many of us know it will be a culture shock for her when she leaves and enters the real world. For now she still has 'it' and many of us aren't going anywhere until 'it' is gone.
