In the past, the tenants were usually on a 1, 2 or 3 month stay. Many newcomers were 1 month. I think that is basically RLC's trial period, and then they could extend on top of that.

Now there seem to be no limits, Esmi stayed for close to a year, and she was not much different from Lara.
