RLC problem is not that you never see the girls naked, but that there is never more happening than nudity or silly shows. It clearly needs the right guys there to change things. 

Ideally, girls would simply bring their own acquaintances (i.e. guys or girls they are really interested in) for a visit. But, they obviously prefer to keep their private lives off camera only.

Yes, that's why I say that RLC should throw out all these freeloaders. Even better, Just throw out all of GoV/CoV and start over with new people.

WTF?!? I'm not the one complaining about the girls not going topless. The point of RLC is to see the private life of the residents, that is even in their motto. The current cast doesn't meet this criterion, so get rid of them and look for new people. If necessary, close the apartments for so long, nothing happens there anyway. 

All really simple, if you're honest.

I think that's a little bit of the difference between people who see a glass half empty or a glass half full. 

From my point of view, it is not better to have apartments full of do nothing.  A reboot with an explanation would be much more honest than to continue to run this laughing stock on a real life facade. 

The point is that despite so many people there, almost nothing ever happens. You don't change that by keeping freeloader and bores around.

That's what I used to think, too, until I saw that freeloading is contagious. If one resident gets away with it, the others will immediately ask themselves why they are going to all this trouble in the first place.

If anything, it could work one apartment at a time if the new residents don't know each other's addresses. 😂 

Well, somehow it needs a definite reboot. Currently, the atmosphere is just completely gone. The point is that nothing is currently happening anyway.

The problem with these villas and apartments is that they need constant replacement, which RLC is unable to do. Of course, they can close the apartments and villas temporarily for a change of tenants but how long would that take? and above all how much money would rlc lose while waiting to find replacements? And even if the replacements are good-for-nothings, does they shut down the villas all the time until they find the right people?

As can be easily understood, it is not possible to do it as Alladino would like without practically causing the fail of the site. At that point they might as well close definitively the experience of shared villas and apartments in Barcelona, since there are these problems of finding tenants.
