Maybe as part of the deal to allow them to stay onboard, is that they need to spice things up. Maybe Tereza gets to finally let her hair down. Maybe a Girl/Girl thing. I am actually surprised they didn't stay with Tani and her bf, or one of Tani's boyfriends. The two couples went on vacation together. Did Rachel visit them in B-5? If so, maybe that is why she was roped into meeting them at the airport, because when she left B-4 in the morning, she took a few clothes for an overnight visit, presumably with her boy-toy, the one who is not her boyfriend.
