In Masha's bedroom I could see a image of her sitting on the bed naked.  Then there was a man there dressed its fuzzy so I'm not sure if its Elvis.

Are you talking about right before it went UM?   Then yes, that was Elvis.

She published stories now on IG, she talks about exes a d boyfriend. 

Then in another story, she says :" What should I say, what should I fucking say... Me Too. So I'm saying this, out loud, Me Too..."

She said (in Russian, so translation can be fucked up) that basically her profile is now in private so she can freely broadcast any shit in Russian without fearing consequences for it. And that she really want to share with the whole world.
She adds that she has PTSD

I heard that there is feedback from Masha.
When she calls it “me too,” everyone knows what happened, what she thinks about it; We were also able to see the cause of her trauma (perhaps only part of it).
Talking about it helps.
That's probably why she's making this public statement now.
