True reflection, introspection. There's a saying: "Nothing will work unless you do and change until you do". Once you change, everything changes. Stop chasing seconds of pleasure. What brings it about is the recognition that it's necessary and two the desire to be different or achieve a different outcome in the end. In other words, if you keep going down the same path what you see and experience will always be the same. On the other hand, a decent person would have the common sense to know that if someone is intoxicated, that person is off-limits.
