Well, my personal experience on that topic is that in long term relationships, it just varies over time based on 100 000 factors approximately. 

Still on my personal experience, 10x a week is about as intimate as 1x a month when it comes to the same partner, and quality of orgasms (at least mines) has nothing to do with frequency. But your mileage may vary 😄
