If you're not on a proxy service, then these are not your IPs. If they haven't found you yet, a changed and complex password might be just enough to throw them off-track. Personally, since you're not a paid member, it would be cheap enough for you to cancel your CC account, and sign up again with a new user and a complicated password if you have reason to be paranoid. Keep up with your security as usual; scan from a cold boot (that means boot-time scan nowdays) with Avast!, Malwarebytes and or Spybot on a regular basis, and you should be able to retain your peace of mind. Identity theft now days is like horse theft in the Wild West. Kill the mother fuckers, for they evoke the squirrelly wrath of all that is civilized. >:(
