If you have an account with RLC, you can email them and notify them of the situation. Just don't send a screenshot of it or they will ban your account. If you don't have an account an email to them is useless, they just won't do anything for anyone who watches free.

No, I don't have an account at RLC, was hoping by posting here someone with one could report the cam. It remains out of focus today.
komptreyes Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 Ignoring any user's reports of problems, whether they are a paying user or not, would send the message to the non-paid users that they would get poor customer service. Any problems that affect the non-paid users also affects the paying users. It sounds like the only thing they care about is the money.

Imagine a business not out to make a profit. Report them to Obama, he'll tell you that you didn't build that business, somebody else did.
