It's like these companies hiring people that have no clue about the position they are going to fill, just as long as there are equal amounts of blacks, hispanics, indians, etc... We don't want intelligence within our ranks, we want equality. Total bullshit. If you aren't qualified for the job, you don't get it, plain and simple. Both parties surely don't have right candidates for the job, one just has too choose the lesser of the two evils.
