B5 has completely isolated itself from the rest of Barcelona's apartments. There used to be lot of parties and interactions with the presence of other B's residents, now it turned into big apartment for one couple - and a boring one. Although I don't think they are bad participants, but they don't fit in, their presence wastes the potential of this place.

WTF are you even talking about ? That's absolutely not what he meant. 

Also, wrong walking distance between b2 and b5.

In a way, it's true yes. They are a couple, that seems pretty well established. They don't seem into opening it, so parties would be more on the friendship side than anything wild (like the Honny's birthday party). Also they speak Spanish so there might be a language barrier. When A&M were there, interactions were minimal. Demian would sometimes speak to Mati but the girls didn't seemed to bond that well.  

I disagree on the waste of potential place since the guest room has been empty for a while now.

I guess im in the minority as I would be more that happy to see Amalia back for another stay - I always quite enjoyed watching her 😊

Same here.

It will probably happen someday but not in the short term.
