My sister like Masha is bipolar and I talked her into seeing a professional and it worked.  Just like Masha she would attack people for no reason.  I wish the best for Masha that she would dry up and get some needed help.  My sister called herself crazy but I told her all of us are crazy!  You can't be a 100% sane with a killer virus, sick people attacking people for no reason and natural disasters, etc.  You can only try to hold on to whatever sanity you have.
