Yes it was a bug it has happened before, but not so often. Dont click upgrade when it happens, just wait a few minutes and it usually returns back to premium.

A bug comes up once or twice. If it is known, then it is an infestation. Just talking from a software dev mind... But my worry has been alleviated and I will go back into lurking... 😉

I’ve had the same problem. You need to do it thru the payment company. As I recall you need to do it as if you are buying another sub. It might ask for some personal detail used last time to get into it but then you can see expiry date.
