Yes, I see it and that exact timeframe.

When the replay is always freezing the same time, then it's a problem from that place who was has a shitty connection. 

That being said, it always had issues so maybe I'm just used to it and wouldn't call that "unwatchable" or "a complete nightmare."

I agree that it is somehow annoying, but there's not much going on and skipping one or two second once in a while doesn't matter much.

The live stream earlier today was completely stopped the image would freezes and jump and freeze for 10 seconds and jump i emailed RLC and they took the apartment offline but it's still the same. I still stand on what i said earlier about it been unwatchable because watching it for 5 minutes and all the live stream does i have a frozen image and the stream jumping ahead 30 to 40 seconds over and over again.
