Chili and Savaira are lovely, sure, but watching that place feels like watching the 10th season of what has already been seen. But even more so in the couples apartments than in the roommates ones, in my opinion. What I like the most, is when apartments have cute female guests that are preferably not too cam-shy. Whether it's a Summer pool party in B4 or B7 with guests jumping in naked or topless, couchsurfers changing or bathing/showering at Masha's (when she was more stable), or Val's very pretty "one night stand" of a few weeks ago. Or just cute guests spending the night at their RLC friends and changing/showering without a care in the world (and why shouldn't they: they're not doing anything 'wrong', after all). I guess I just like to watch new girls, not too shy, but also without the 'jadedness' of the 'professionals'.
