Though I think it has something to do with the Moon, often associated with women/femininity in mythology (Luna in Latin).

In the beginning ( when she was in B1 ) , I had no issues that we saw the beginning of the relationship , obviously , Zabava’s life and her choices and she can do whatever she wants . But this girl I consider a wonderful , fun and emotional person , this guy made her found a passion for Latin dances and follow it as a hobby / job outside the project at times perhaps , but watching in the end ( either being a guy or a girl and in our example lovely Zabava ) how much control people have when they understand that the other no matter what is blind of love feelings , this guy really I hope he is now away from her life and she moved on and enjoying her life as she deserves . 
 

Zabava has been always around and she - in a way - enjoys the cameras world and she will reward the viewers given the chance she got again , Esmi I really thought that it was finally over for her and it is a big surprise that we get her back . An interesting  experiment to see them for the first time together in their OWN apartment and not sharing with others . It looks really fascinating as an idea ( and hopefully Esmi might go a slight one level more than the extreme moment she had the last day we saw her in B2 ) ..
