Never seen Evelyn talking in English so don't think so, as for Bart he speaks with his dick all the time.

In B4, Lunette and Aziza i think can speak some English but not fluently.

In B1 Chilli can only speak four words of English: 1. "Fuck" and the other "I am cumming"

Maybe you are right, i just never saw the girls you mentioned speak a single word of English but i have seen Lunette and Aziza speaking some.

Not many english people around them so I think its why we havent seen
