Bogdan had Molly with him the car, and let the dog out while he and the new tenant went into the 'office'. Subsequently, B-7 went U/M at about 10:35 or about 65 minutes after first Molly comes down the stairs, and remains U/M for nearly an hour. B-4 went U/M about 10:04 and was U/M for about an hour. Why was there a need for B-7 to go U/M? Was Bogdan there with Nelly and the baby? By himself? Or with someone else? 2

Moreover, she has taken up residence with her bf, so there will be no parties with others in the penthouse with the two of them in residence. Third, B-5 has parties, but very few watch them. Partly because the tenants are not very interesting and partly because of their nationality. B-2 and B-1 are watchable, but they have neighbor issues when it comes to parties. @Noldus said that Sara, Karma, and Nadia were living together, and would re-appear on 'another channel'. Perhaps they will indeed re-appear and host parties. 2
