I don't know why RLC puts single girls that don't hook up in the large bed, when in the same apartment, there are girls jammed into small beds trying to have sex with other partners.  That doesn't make sense.

I agree.  Zoe goes away too many nights per month.  Annette has seemed to have found a fuck-buddy.

Let's see whether Svetlana cleans Zoe's former room, and how soon she does.

There is a recent history of former tenants appearing for extended visits, e.g., Sara, Nadia, Wolf, and now perhaps Shantal.  Svetlana doesn't clean the room for guest tenants..
