It is a pity that B1 can’t anymore host evening/ late night similar events , but it is really nice that Jen is doing something we have NOT seen for AAAAAAAAAAAGES in the Barcelona downtown apartments ( really , I  the last time I remember was the party in B2 when the girls back then had invited Massimo and a friend , I can’t remember a party since then anywhere ) . And of course , she SECURES her residency , small things ( when this is really big ) that are actually towers the direction that the majority of the viewer wants to watch . AND .. who knows , maybe through this party , possible candidates for the Barcelona apartments .

I think B1 is fine and is simply hosting a gathering with a bunch of friends at Christmas time.
