Yes , you are right . I read the comments here because I don’t have the sound on and it was posts that she’s Italian and that’s why I posted also about it . But I listened to her 5-10 minutes ago and indeed she spoke an Eastern country language . I got carried away of what others said here .

The girl will be “ must see “ , totally comfortable , not at her early 20s but a girl with experiences  , if things work well with Astra , I expect to have a very very very nice tenant in 2026 . Certainly no longer “at her early 20s,” but perhaps in her early 30s?  

My first impression is that if it takes so long for RLC to find new residents, shouldn't they at least look a bit better? And where are the young party girls?
