Well, I nearly said away from the rats but last summer or the summer before I remember watching several rats at B7 both outside and inside. There was one night when there was a couple sleeping on the side sofa and this big FO rat came in via the Laundry Room and started walking underneath the sofa Gelia is on and then right in the open sniffing around. With the amount of rats I've seen stomp around both clubhouses then they may as well open a fucking Zoo there and have horses and crocs walking around.

I've seen them climb the walls on the B7 balcony and terrace not very long ago, i doubt they are that picky about which house to invade....."Nah don't bother with next door, they have more vegan stuff"....😅

RLC doesn’t seem interested in resolving the issue at all. For a multimillion-dollar company, their only concern appears to be the money. They show no regard for the tenants or their health and well-being.

Putting down one or possibly two flimsy traps and thinking that will do is all we should expect from the bosses. Even if someone got bit, all they do would be delete the footage, that seems to be their only solution to anything wrong. Plus if the rumours of the Villa and next door being up for sale are in any way true, they can forget getting a good price for them when everyone can see they have a serious infestation problem.
