That table was from E&Z's old apartment. It's a PC table, that net behind is for cable management.

Of course I do!

Very likely it was Bogdan moving the table.  They also took time to clean the balcony.  Also the outside cams for B-7 were put U?M for a longer period of time before the PH went under maintenance.  And it appears Bugdan was in the B&N suite at the top of B-7.  Perhaps they were moving furniture in or out of the B-7 garage, and perhaps the new PH table came from the B-7 garage. 

My great theory is that old PH table and chair is going to a new apartment.  

B-1 was the oldest of the current Barcelona apartments, and needed an upgrade of the utilities, which were becoming unreliable.

And yes, before anyone spouts that they have a Micro Cow ...well RLC seem to allow rats to live there and N&B a dog called Molly so I don't see an issue with the Micro Cow living there with them other than would probably have got eaten by the rat/s, or fell down the stairs ...or into the pool.

But maybe D&S (I guess you meant D&S and not D&D) didn't want to come back into "the crazy house" 😉 
Or RLC has other plans we will never understand 🤣

It has been almost one month the PH is free... has it ever lasted this long before? 😞

The PH... probably the most important room of B4 to be filled with at least one tenant. It's really sad that it's empty for almost a month.

Sad times in B4 😭 We have to fall back on rats and a table to make it interesting 😁

Micro cow was an issue with RLC, for sure. That was specifically talked about in English, as I recall, in the kitchen with Neyt.  Yes there are/were other dogs like Nelly and Bogs, but obviously RLC applies the rules at their discretion. 
 

This bigotry against Micro Cows must stop. 🐶😁
