It's a really clever rat; it knows how to avoid the traps. 1 Quote

I don't think they forgot it but there is a reason for it, maybe someone doesn't have a key right now. A friend who also lives there told me that the problem is spreading slowly and that it is not just the villa that is suffering from it. It doesn't seem to be sinking in with those girls how big their problem is and that RLC is abandoning them... they need to take action themselves and force RLC to take steps before the neighborhood does. 1 Quote

Rats become familiar with smells, which includes the residents who probably smell like a tart's handbag. If Bogdan or the driver upstairs in B7 lays the traps, then the rat knows when an alien smell (new smell) is lurking around, which due to a new smell puts fear into the rats ...and they are more cautious approaching the source ...so they avoid the source of the smell over time. What that apartment needs is either a ratting dog or total fumigation by pest control experts. It's expensive but surely no more than the cost of two participants in a single months payday for getting their gashes out. Quote

Oh I didn't understand... actually your link was an old one... but I get it now, I checked again and it's the right side (when outside) of the bay window which is a bit open... we can't see it but just guess. And that's from where the rat came in when Kaya was in vacation... https://replay.reallifecam.com/view/28_17?ts=1776477107&from=share And actually, it has been opened when Kaya closed the other side... closing the right side (from inside) is opening the left side if pushed too hard 😕 https://replay.reallifecam.com/view/28_17?ts=1776298026&from=share Regarding rat issue in the neighborhood, yes it is a known fact... that's what I was trying to explain when some members said here that it was because girls doesn't clean and are pigs, blablabla 😡 Girls know that... they see rats outside and they don't bother them while they stay outside 😛 And you are right, RLC doesn't do anything or too little. Put a cat in each room! 😁 Quote

It's not a house issue but neighborhood... you can do what you want in the house, new rats will come if there are still in the gardens and other houses. Quote
