There is one unit at one corner that appears to have a rooftop terrace, in the shape of a square.  There is another unit that appears to have a rectangular terrace or very large balcony..  Unfortunately, Google streetview is dated at 2016, and, in 2016, the apartment building is an empty field.  So a 3-D perspective cannot be gained.

A small unit in this apartment complex is for sale at 3,100 euros per square meter.

A new construction, small apartment in Barcelona is for sale at 8,000 euros per square meter.

My best guess is that the RLC units in this apartment building were bought new by RLC, so Sasha and Dasha for example, were the original tenants.

I have almost no doubt that RLC, or a business associated with RLC, purchased these units.

The Jojo apartment is slightly different in exterior design.  It is possible that the separate, adjacent buildings that make up this complex were completed at different times, and the Jojo apartment is in the first building to be completed.

I am certain Nancy's mom was impressed with this building compared to Russia.  I would expect Nelly to be quite impressed with this apartment complex.  It appears to be superior in value to any of the RLC apartment buildings / villas in Barcelona.  There are so many units that it would surprise me if RLC or an entity associated with RLC did not own or more additional units that are not on cam.  Also, from an RLC IT perspective, the location is such that there should be no bandwidth capacity limits for high-speed internet connections.

 From an RLC standpoint, participants should not be the type to host, wild, crazy, loud parties / gatherings.

The LR couch is no longer a bed.  It seems that Nelly will be leaving today.

Update:  Nelly, Sasha, and Dasha left.  Nelly for the airport.  There is a direct flight to Barcelona at 16:30 from Podgorica airport.

Edit again.  They are back.

Final edit. They left again at about 13:30..  Nelly wearing her white blouse with no back.  If Sasha and Dasha return around 16:00, this may indicate that Sasha has a car and he drove her to the airport.

Her condition was mentioned by Angie in an overheard telephone conversation.  It is a lifelong condition but it can be stabilized successfully with medication.  Budva is large enough that there is a medical clinic and health professionals who can provide care.
