I referenced drones because I am betting that the Russian-Ukrainian war will soon be over.  Ukrainian drones are now hitting Putin's home city of St. Petersburg.  There are widespread fuel shortages within Russia, because Russia is unable to halt strikes on refineries and fuel depots.

Before the war, Nelly supposedly wanted very much to return to Russia.  If N&B were to move from Spain to Montenegro, that is much closer to Russia, and she would be living in a community (Budva) that is currently about 20 percent Russian.  Also RLC will not return to Russia as long as Putin has his thumb on the Internet within Russia.

In defense of @moules I think the point he was trying to make was:

 (2) Is RLC anticipating an end of the Russian-Ukrainian war within the next 12 months, and an easing of travel restrictions?

So obviously I could be wrong, but the way I read it was that there could be more RLC development in Montenegro.

Please correct me if I am wrong, especially @moules

Nelly will be sleeping in the LR.  IMO, she is dressed rather provocatively;  her blouse has no back.  She did put on a jacket for this visit to the other apartment.

Nancy is back, and went , naked, to her own bed.  Others are back as well.

From their dress and footwear, the apartment they visited is in the same building or a building next door.  High likelihood that occupants of this other apartment know Nelly from Russia, or Barcelona, and would be recognized if they appeared on cam.   A few days ago, Dasha and Nancy, but mostly Dasha, prepared several large platters of food.  They then delivered these platters to a nearby apartment for a dinner party.  Perhaps this is the same apartment that they are visiting tonight.

Heavy speculation , Nelly’s presence ( part time employee of RLC alongside full time Bogdan pre / post pregnancy times ) in Montenegro , could be “ hinting “ for RLC trusting its experienced / veteran tenants to expand the project with apartments , maybe then Nelly checking - and with the help of the current SECOND longest employees -  ( Dasha and Sasha , just behind Leora and Paul ) for possible accommodations and if they would fit for the project … OR … on a mission to persuade Dasha / Sasha or both to accept a kind of Bogdan / Nelly RLC job in Montenegro . As said , heavy speculation . 
 

Regardless , on a crazy personal wish ,there are just 2 EX MAJOR tenants I would have liked to somehow see again and especially in Montenegro as a part of a colossal reunion . I would have LOVED to see Martina traveling there and being introduced to Dasha / Sasha and Co . together with Nelly as we got today one of RLC’s BIGGEST ever surprises ( i think it might have been a gift for all subscribers of +10 years of the site 🙂 ) and OF COURSE , somehow , someway , the reappearance of THE BEST TENANT EVER IN THE HISTORY OF RLC , the one and only Masha . Now , I would have paid for a bonus to see just a happy EPIC reunion with just a long afternoon / evening in Dasha’s /Sasha’s / Nancy’s apartment and just have all these people chatting , laughing , remembering the past and in the end , perhaps watching as a viewer that the bygones be bygones and Nelly and Masha having a hug 😇 . Ahh , well , too much summer imagination i guess 😁
