IIRC (and I could be wrong, but I am too lazy to go search for it again), in HWR's original translation it was mentioned that Bogdan told them that there was something that he was going to tell them the following day. I don't remember the word "important" being mentioned.

Regarding Kelly cleaning her bottom in the lavatory... that appears to be because she is used to cleaning up using a bidet. Although it is probably less hygienic as far as the lavatory is concerned, it's much better for Kelly.

I've never lived in a house with bidets, but I certainly believe that they are a definite step up from a few quick wipes and done process.

I don't think just water cleans very well, so I look at Leora's actions towards Paul with mixed feelings; he seems to me never uses soap and must smell really dirty.
