Could someone, with good eyesight,  walking on the nearby street believe that she was naked getting into her pool, yes.

Could someone, with good eyesight,walking on the nearby street see her bating in a chair, facing the street, with her legs spread wide,.  Possibly, if she was very close to the glass.

Could someone, with good eyesight, walking on a nearby street see her on her knees sucking the cock of a naked guy who was standing by the glass panels, definitely.

Her balcony is about 40 meters from the street.  There are residences along this road.  A voyeur in an upper floor bedroom in one of these residences, and using binoculars, would have a great view.  I say this because Aziza, on her balcony, seems to be an exhibitionist.

The concern was/is that Aziza might try and fill this inflatable bath to near its full potential height, not to a height of 20-22 centimeters    For reference, a deep-fill waterbed filled with water has a height of 18-20 centimeters.  Aziza's inflatable bath potentially could contain water to a height of 54 centimeters, or more.

 Note that the photo seems to indicate that the sides of this bath are accordion style, capable of being compressed and expanded.

.If the inner dimensions of this inflatable bath full of water are 0.45 cubic meters. that is the equivalent of 450 liters, which weighs 450 kilograms.  450 kilograms would mean the average weight of Aziza and each of her three best friends would be 112.5 kilos, or about 250 pounds.  If such an event ever occurred, I expect CC would be overloaded with complaints, and crash!  And perhaps the balcony as well!

Did you counted how many bottles of water did she pour in it? By that you can estimate better.

To get an accurate measurement, have you calculated her weight, and did you check whether she went to the toilet before getting into the bath?

My calculation was based on estimated inner dimensions of 4 feet, 2 feet, and 2 feet for this inflatable bath.  The actual horizontal dimensions (factoring in the external section of the inflated tubing) are 64 inches and 42 inches.)

4 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet= 16 cubic feet.

16 cubic feet = 0.453 cubic meters.  0.453 cubic meters = 453 liters of a fluid.  453 liters of water weighs 453 kilograms .  453 kilograms has the equivalent weight of 998.7 pounds.

I estimated the height of each blue ring as eight inches.  Three blue rings = two feet.

As I noted in an earlier post, a water bed mattress typically inflates to a height of no more than eight inches.   If waterbed mattresses were filled to a  height of 12 inches, the weight might exceed the bearing load of the floor.  and the floor could collapse.

In the case of the balcony in Budva, the weight of the balcony itself is transferred to two bearing walls.   One bearing wall is Aziza's a bedroom wall,  the second bearing wall is a living room wall that cannot be seen on cam.  Because two edges of this bottom of this balcony are not supported by a bearing wall, or by a column or vertical post, this configuration is described as semi-cantilevered.  A fully cantilevered balcony would be supported by one load-bearing wall.

The concern of myself and others was that Aziza might fill the inflatable bath to the top of the three blue rings, which would be a height of 21-24 inches.  She might think she was back in the B-4 penthouse,where she could fill the spa bath until it nearly overflows.   (The B-4 bath rests on a floor tied to  four bearing walls.)
