That was my initial thought also, but I am not in the villa renter class. I actually have monetary numbers that make sense. Plus, the floor plan itself really, really sucks. It appears to be that the layout was done by someone's girlfriend who had a "flare for design", and who also had the money guy by the short hairs. He didn't have the guts to tell her that any flare that she had was simply in her wildest imagination.
