And VAT's been mandatory since last year or something if you are paying in Europe (maybe outside too, all I know is U.S is the only one I know of without VAT charges) It adds almost a quarter of the month price to the total for me.

I've never seen so many tenants hang around after like this. I wonder if Liora (and Gelia when she stayed after officially being gone) were struggling to find accommodation and RLC took pity on them.
