It has been awkward in B4 sometimes in the past several years, but that was more often due to girls falling out with each other (or not getting along from the start), than with awkward après-fuck situations. Perhaps the current tenants are just a bit less to his taste? Maybe he (silently) complains about the current quality of tenants, too, like a lot of people on here?... 😉 But maybe that's all for the better as it increases the chances of Massimo bringing cute guest girls?... 1

I am all for him bringing cute guest girls 👍 But I don't think that he is not interested in any of the B4 (or B7) girls. I think that he has half an eye on Amirel.
