As for interacting with the cameras, I know Miron didn't do it, but in the past, guests or tenants have interacted with the cameras, and RLC has taken action. What I mean is; the rules should be the same for everyone. But not every breaking of the rules should get the same penalty (circumstances can be different), and certainly not if they are completely different transgressions.
