I don’t think it’s where they inject it but what they use and I assumed it was all your muscles but in particular if they work a specific muscle it’s the one that benifits. ‘However I am a 99 pound weakling so I know nothing about this.😄 Edit: actually I’m a 160 lb weakling. 😆 1
