On local beaches, noone is topless. But when visiting Spain, South of France, mediteranean Islands etc the tops fly. At least they used to. Scandinavian tv also used to have alot of boobs and other cultural elementens back in the day but now mostly everything is censored. The world is moving towards a more prudish way of life it seems.. the increased censorship of reality shows is actually what brought me to RLC a long time back. It was sort of like the good ol Big Brother 24/7 shows where you could choose which camera to watch. Naturally, I was quite often camping on the bathroom cam. Cause reasons. Just doing the lords work making sure every girl in the shower is doing alright. Big Brother and similar shows also shifted from everyone being naked in the shower to more and more censorship and bikini showers. It sucks. I’m becoming the «everything was better in the old days» guy. 2

But possible after graduating from your place. I see some different female Dutch exchange art students at the lake every year around June (art school students finish earlier in the school year than other students who still have exams then, but they don't go back home yet because they're still waiting for their 'jury' in late June).

Berlin is a place where it's still quite normal for even younger women to be topless in parks & even naked at lakes and such. At least last time I was there 5 years ago. Though i can't say they form the majority, they're common enough to not raise eyebrows either. Paris has been a longer while, but when they opened parts of the Seine river for swimming during the recent Summer heat waves, I saw news footage featuring topless young women on the waterside there, too.
