The only inquiry I would have is if anybody wanted to use it during those times or not. Was there a specific incident where someone actively wanted to use it and they stepped in and said no? Others probably did want to use it when Kaya was in the penthouse but were too scared to ask as she thought she was the queen of the villa, could be a right bitch.
