I could see that. Who knows? 
At this point in life, he doesn’t really have anything going on career-wise.
Maybe he still gets a weekly allowance from mommy and daddy. 😀

I think you guys are very close to the truth. He is a spoilt brat who has never learnt to stand on his own two feet. I get the idea that he has been drifting between easy-going "jobs" and still has not found any purpose in life. And it seems that his project with Dayana's dude has also failed, although I am not sure of that.

he's not getting any younger, he's going to have to take on some responsibly for his life at some point.

On a more general note (originally posted in B2, but applicable to B4 & almost all of RLC as well):

 

The last few years, most tenants seem to be aged around late twenties, early thirties on average.

While this project would be much more interesting and fun to watch with girls aged 18-23 imo. At around 24/25, most start to get too "serious", if you know what i mean.

I like this special kind of playful energy only younger girls seem to have. 

I wonder if the average age of RLC tenants 5 to 15 years ago was younger?...

Perhaps the tenants, guests & candidates aged along with the project? As newbies are often friends of previous tenants and referred by them, and friends often tend to be around the same age?... Naturally increasing average tenant age as the years go by?...

This way, the average age might push mid-thirties in a few years!... 😕 

In short: I think they need to (also) recruit younger girls imo! If just to keep the project alive!...

OK, I have been waiting a while for someone to say this: Massimo is a very nice, kind, and caring person. He fed the cat 😆
