Perhaps the tenants, guests & candidates aged along with the project? As newbies are often friends of previous tenants and referred by them, and friends often tend to be around the same age?... Naturally increasing average tenant age as the years go by?...

This way, the average age might push mid-thirties in a few years!... 😕 

In short: I think they need to (also) recruit younger girls imo! If just to keep the project alive!...

Personally, I would be more than happy if the majority of RLC tenants were horny milfs

I am a big cat person, I love cats, go overboard sometimes but can't help it, that black cat hurt its paw and drinks from the pool so I feel sorry for it if it's not being looked after properly.
