First you do what you can to destroy the site, then you all whine about how you can't hack it any more and by the way does anybody have an invite for that really bad site. One by one, each of you is responsible for the scaring away of one or more *very* nice people. You've done tremendous damage to people's lives, both individually and in the aggregate. You tell me how to run the website at the same time that you are hell bent on destroying it. For the longest time we did not have the manpower to keep jerks like yourselves off the site and you abused that tremendously. Idiots like Renzo (who is right here every day) think it is their god given right to harass the people they are obsessed with. Show up unannounced after doing a whole bunch of creepy detective work to figure out where their victim lives. Cause people to contemplate suicide, move to different countries. The major reason why I've tightened up the rules over the years is to simply limit the amount of abuse and discomfort the website causes in peoples lives. You're a bunch of scum and the website I'm posting this on is a complete fraud. They hide behind the terms-of-service that you're not supposed to post copyrighted and privacy infringing information here and yet that seems to be the sole reason that it exists. jojogunne, you're a nice specimen. You're talking with yourself under various accounts, I suggest you go see a shrink before it gets out of hand and spills over in your real life. Anna Maria Manzo, you too are more than ready from some help from Great Brittains finest in the psychiatric department. The lot of you are a destructive obsessed collection of borderline criminals and stalkers. If you want to do all of us a service stay the hell away from camarades in the future, do *not* buy a subscription, do not in any way shape or form interact with the users there. If ONE more person complains to me that they have left because of your harassment I will haunt you for years to come and I'll bankrupt you in the process. If that means shutting the website down then so be it, that makes the damage claims only larger. I really have only two comments: J, if you think I post to this forum under multiple accounts, then you are even less perceptive than I though. J, the problems you've had with your site...the dissatisfaction your members and users have had with your site...all go back to long before I or CamCaps ever heard of your site. You can blame the people here, but if you were honest with yourself, you would look to your own actions and attitudes for the causes of your problems. Perhaps one of your underlings is doing something without your knowledge? Do you deny that many established members and users of your site abandoned you when you formulated and enacted your inconsistent and arbitrary adult conduct rules...when you ended the ability of non-elite users to post to a guestbook...or when you ended the ability of non-elite users to chat at all? None of those actions addressed activities that you have laid at the feet of CamCaps...posting pictures and videos, that is. As I said...you really should try to be honest with yourself. You could say that Renzo is a 'fan' of Ann, at the same time he's a borderline rapist and will stop at nothing to violate her privacy. Similar stories about the rest of the people here. Access to websites, especially webcam websites is not a right, it is a privilege. Consider yourselves a visitor to someone's home. I'm sure that some people love to have fans. But when your fans start ringing the doorbell, contact your family members, bosses or co-workers, post your pictures and your videos captured without their permission then fandom slides into stalking. That's why most celebrities have bodyguards and security, to protect them from their fans. And it doesn't stop at just posting pictures, peoples private details (addresses, full names, other data) are posted. Their lives are plucked apart and criticized. They're being told how to live and what they should do. In Anna Maria's head there is a screw loose that says that some guy was in love with her and he's blown her off. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Jojogunne needs attention so much he will argue with himself. Renzo thinks he was made for Ann. Posting pictures without permission of the owner *especially* nude pictures is way across the line of fandom. I remember clearly when we made it our policy that people should be able to do in their own homes whatever they wanted. Little did I realize that his would attract a totally different kind of audience, an audience that has no life to share, instead lives their lives second hand through the lives of others. I refuse to let my work become a vehicle for a bunch of low-life criminals. It's taken a good 16 years of my life to date, I will more than happily scale it down to 1/100th of what it was before if that means we can re-create the atmosphere of the day when we launched, when camarades.com was a place where people went to meet and talk and be happy. Not a place where people have to be fearful who is watching their cams, where the moderators are busy full-time getting rid of the most obnoxious of the stalkers. The stench of sickness is appalling. If there are/were good fans of the site here then I'm very sorry to lump you in with the rest of the jerks but you're keeping very bad company. If you want to be on a camsite then switch on your cam, participate. Everyone of the measures you list above was in response to a case of stalking that was brought to light, most of those figure one of the people in this forum on the perpetrator side and some innocent woman or man on the other. I challenge you to use your full name and post your address. If you don't want to do that then admit that you're an anonymous coward that loves all the attention and that you're nothing but a concern troll at this stage that loves the spotlight and if there is none will happily provide his own using sockpuppet accounts. I personally would never stalk or show up at someones door, that's outright ridiculous, and I would never attempt to hurt someone that I don't even know. I don't think I've seen personal information posted here. I think you're right to ban the stalkers and those that take things too far, but to prevent any and all conversation about your site seems like its going to far. Yes, this is a voyeur site, but not all voyeur is sexual. Some of us just like the idea of seeing how others live their lives no matter how mundane that might be. Sure seeing a nice set of tits good, but really if that's all we were after we'd go to any of the millions of porn sites out there. I like your site, and there have been quite a few good conversations about it on this forum. I agree the conversation has become pretty negative as of late, but it's not all bad. Also, I would mention that I know this site helped a lot of people find your site when you moved from WW to Camarades, I personally posted the link on numerous occasions for people who were asking where it went. All I see is a bunch of frantic activity to evade blocks placed *specifically* for the characters operating here and many like them. If they were 'good users' you can bet they'd be on the site right now, as are many others. For every ban there was a very concrete reason and if anybody was ever banned by mistake that got corrected pretty quickly. Maybe you're here by mistake and you're not in the stalking business and not a psycho but that's the company you are keeping, as long as you're aware of that. I know why you don't like me and we have come to our agreement. I know you think Renzo is saldobraso though I haven't seen any evidence from you or from anyone else that they are the same person. But what's the deal with this Anna Maria person? Do you contend that she has been vocal on CamCaps? That name is not on this forum's member list. Do you allege that she uses another name here? Or is your mention of her just some sort of smoke screen? btw, you'll excuse me, I'm sure, if I hold your promise of a free Elite Membership (not for me, of course, but for anyone else) as a dubious promise. I've seen your free elites taken away from people for unknown and unexplained reasons before. I guess it just depends on your particular arbitrary mindset at that particular moment, eh? I enjoy your site, however, since the move things really haven't been the same. I am not here to stalk or threaten or post details. I understand why you would be against that happening, but do you really think that shutting down all conversation about your site is the way to go? As I said I know we've helped people find your site, and there have been plenty of time where people on here have said "so and so is on cam" and I've gone to your site when I otherwise wouldn't have.
